Before ordering that the inspector’s report be given to the applicant or sent to any other person, or that it be published, the court must ensure that any information or document obtained in accordance with section 433 and contained in the report is necessary for the purposes of a proceeding under Division II. To that end, the court may make any order it thinks fit to protect the confidentiality of the information or document.
Moreover, in all cases in which the report contains information protected by professional secrecy, the court must take the necessary measures to limit the breach of professional secrecy.
